You can accurately plan your costs, as this monthly office charge includes all of the following: - • Full use of your own furnished private office • Reception cover from 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday, and telephones answered with YOUR OWN COMPANY NAME when you are out of the office. • Rent, rates, lighting, heating, electricity, tea and coffee • 24 hour access • Burglar alarm security, with your own personal code Additional services available In addition to the above you can choose to use the services of Acorn Office Centre for administration, typing, faxing, e-mailing, scanning, photocopying, telemarketing etc, on a pay as you use basis during office hours. As you are only charged for services used, it can reduce the need for employing permanent staff. FACILITIES INCLUDED IN MONTHLY CHARGE A shared reception area is open between 9.00am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday (excluding bank and public holidays), where clients can come through on the way to their serviced office, collecting any mail or messages that has arrived for them. There is room for guests to sit and wait in this reception area, and we can let you know when they have arrived. We can sign for and take delivery of parcels etc. You have a key to your private office, and also a general key to the back door when the reception is closed, allowing you 24 hour access. You provide us with a security number that we key in to our burglar alarm system, so you can de-activate and re-set the alarm when Acorn Office Centre is closed. There is a shared kitchen area with a fridge, toaster, microwave and kettle that you are welcome to use. Tea, coffee, milk and sugar are provided free of charge. VIRTUAL OFFICE: Would you like your own High Street office address, and the peace of mind that your telephones are being constantly manned from Monday to Friday between 9.00am and 5.30pm, for just £30.00 per month? For approximately £1.50 per working day service charge, our address, telephone and fax numbers can be given to your clients and business colleagues, printed on company stationery and used in web sites and advertising material, to give the impression of expansion to High Street premises - but without the overheads! This service is useful for people working from home or if you frequently leave your office unattended, because you will need a contact point where your clients know they can always reach you at any time during office hours. With our telephone answering service it does not matter where you are: your telephones will be answered professionally and messages will be taken and given to you and your clients according to your wishes. You can also ring in at any time during office hours to collect your messages, leave a telephone number where we can contact you, or we can e-mail, fax or text messages to you. We can keep your mail for you to collect, or forward it on to you if you wish. The system is flexible to suit your particular circumstances.
